Thank you so much. You have no idea what it means to me to hear that from a fellow writer.

About ten minutes before the earthquake, I had a strong premonition that something terrible was about to happen. About five minutes later, there was a little pre-shock, and I thought, "Oh no, a really big one is going to follow." Another five minutes passed, and the earthquake started, and it seemed to go on forever. I kept expecting it to turn disastrous. Even after it was over, everything swayed for several minutes afterward. Our apartment resists shaking, so it's hard to tell how big they are when we're at home, but I knew it had to have been pretty big.

Yeah, it was pretty scary, but everything is fine.

Very much looking forward to this adventure! You are good to share it. Though without the heavy load of stigma and shame my life is bending toward becoming Hikikomori. xxoo

Heh. We all go through phases where we can only do things on our own schedule. I hope my posts will be interesting. Planning ahead is not usually my thing, but I've decided that's a limiting belief. Who says I can't plan ahead? Well, I guess we'll find out.

'Who says?' is wonderful. So freeing. Amazing how many neg voices go away when I ask that.
